However, the hunter organization has shown it is not. There’s also no logic in the exams. It’s like the exams are done based on the whims of the examiner. Comparing this for example to the cheating in the Naruto exams, it made lots of sense because it tested the intel gathering skills of ninjas. Fiction to be able to draw audience should make its world believable. This is not Togashi's best work. I like his YuYu Hakusho better
